- Renovations to almost every floor and area within the hospital
- Entrance Canopy and Sky Bridge
- SHEH Medical Tower Renovations
- SLEH Clear Lake hospital and parking garage – new greenfield campus
- SLEH Sugar Land hospital, MOB, and parking garage – new greenfield campus
- SLEH Woodlands – new addition to an existing hospital
- 3100 Main Renovations
- SLEH Minor Emergency Clinic – MEC Vintage
