Program and Project Management services for this ten-story heart hospital encloses 328,000 SF, and includes twelve state-of-the art cardiovascular operating rooms and 154 new patient beds (Intensive Care and Critical Care). The new building also includes 60,000 SF of research laboratories dedicated to the prevention and cure of cardiovascular disease, a heart museum, administrative offices for the Texas Heart Institute, and an adjustable high tech conference center with seating from 35 to 500. All combined the unique combination of patient treatment, education, and research make the Texas Heart Institute at St Luke’s Episcopal Hospital truly a one of a kind facility.
